Diversity Learning Out of The Box
Diversity Learning out of the Box is a colourful, interactive, fun and engaging board game, which enables participants to develop a clear understanding of all aspects of diversity and inclusion, and to relate it to their own organisation.
The game comes with a structured facilitator process and comprehensive book of situations, questions and answers and suggested discussion topics. This enables you to be very flexible – you can take half an hour or half a day and still ensure effective learning outcomes.
It’s effective because individuals learn well in a social context, especially when they’re having fun. We are all engaged by a challenge, and the scenarios help to link principles to the practicalities of working life. Learning is also accelerated by peer-to-peer feedback. It’s a powerful tool.
